We bring our design sensibilities to the discipline of procurement, continuously identifying both new and trusted product lines to ensure every item specified is installed on a project to be consistent with design specifications, complies with project timelines, and stays within budget.

The volume of procurement associated with our commercial and residential design work, as well as our brick and mortar storefront, allows us to purchase FF&E from over 400 trade-only resources with preferred partner pricing. We have also cultivated relationships with local and regional fabricators and artists for custom needs.

Our streamlined process and project management capabilities allow us to provide transparent and easy approval for purchases, budget allocation, on-going product tracking and expediting, management of issues related to backorders and damages, claims and return processing, and ultimately, turnkey installation.
